Quality control is not only one of our primary values, but also a key facet of the business. Swanson offers a full menu of gage calibration and inspection services to ensure that your gages continue to meet strict measurement standards.

Inspections are performed by specially-trained metrology personnel, in accordance with procedures that adhere to and are compliant with ISO 17025, ANSI Z540-1, and ISO 10021-1. All measurement and test equipment is traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and our onsite temperature-controlled inspection lab guarantees precise measurement.

If requested, customers are provided with a Certificate of Calibration with actual gage measurements within a stated measurement of uncertainty.

For thread ring gage calibration, we have an extensive inventory of more than 10,000 set plugs to check many different sizes of ring gages.

We are knowledgeable in the various International Thread Standards for many other countries including Japan, Germany, China, and the British.
